Who it is for

The live demo is a golf car reservations desk: a 4 Seat Cart Rental for sample guest Casey Morgan, then Dasani, a deluxe hamburger, and a men’s windbreaker. Quick actions for 4-seat and 6-seat sit on the left because that configured company turns those units all day. The rental carries resource and time. The retail lines carry merchandise. One subtotal, tax, rental fee, and Pay amount.
That is one use case. Change the resource file and the same screens reserve whatever that company actually rents, with the add-ons it sells.
Every sale type, one transaction. For a golf car, the rental also carries license scanning, insurance details, the rental contract, and the deposit.
How the counter is built
This is the gap generic retail software never closed for venue operators. Force a reservation through a merchandise workflow and the reservations desk invents a workaround. CIMARA Core matches the way the business sells. The completed sale posts once.
A rental is a resource, dates, pickup, deposit, and return. Retail is SKU, qty, and tax. Food is a kitchen item. A class is a seat. CIMARA does not pretend they are the same line type.
The customer does not check out three times. Cart rental, bottled water, hamburger, and windbreaker share one cart, one customer, one tax calculation, one payment.
