Every rider signs a digital liability waiver before the ride, at the counter, on a kiosk or tablet, or on their phone ahead of time, and a minor needs a parent or guardian signature. The signed waiver stays on that rental ticket and that rider, so the guide can see who has signed before the group heads out. CIMARA SCO clears the gear line while the briefing happens at the staging area.
