The whole shop, one counter
T-shirts, hammocks, sunscreen, flip-flops, beach towels, local hot sauce, and the koozie by the register. Every line keeps its inventory and margin, so you know what's left before the weekend crowd asks for it.

Built for tourism retail
Visitors come for the beach, the vineyard, or the river. They leave with the hammock, the bottle, the T-shirt, and the sunscreen they forgot. CIMARA Core rings the gift shop, the tasting room, the snack counter, and the outfitter from one register, and bundles the tour, tasting, or rental with the shop at one package price. The bike, the kayak, the paddleboard, or the boat is on that same checkout.
CIMARA runs the sale wherever your visitors stop and runs the sale wherever a visitor stops: the park, the gift shop, the winery, the outfitter, the recreational rental, and the tour. Recreational rentals include bicycle and e-bike rentals, ATV rentals, snowmobile rentals, and the kayak, the paddleboard, and the boat.

Retail on this visit
They came for the beach. They'll leave with a hammock. CIMARA Core bundles the tour, the tasting, or the rental with gift shop merchandise or food at one package price, and runs package-buy promotions that grow every ticket.
Tasting + a bottle to take home. Kayak hour + a dry bag and a snack. Beach day + a hammock and sunscreen. Guided tour + a souvenir shirt. One package price. One tender.
T-shirts, hammocks, sunscreen, flip-flops, beach towels, local hot sauce, and the koozie by the register. Every line keeps its inventory and margin, so you know what's left before the weekend crowd asks for it.
When the beach empties into your store or the tour bus unloads fifty people with twenty minutes to spare, CIMARA SCO opens extra lanes without extra staff. Guests scan, tap, and go while one person watches from the counter.
CIMARA Ask AI shows which T-shirt designs sold through in July and which hammocks are still sitting in October. See what sells together, what to reorder before the vendor's cutoff, and what to mark down before the season turns.
Take CIMARA POS to the sidewalk sale, the summer festival, or a tent at the pier. Same items, same prices, same inventory, and it still rings on cellular when the Wi-Fi doesn't reach.
Run a walking tour, a sunset cruise, or a ghost tour? Sell each departure as a timed ticket with a headcount cap, then add the souvenir or the bottled water to the same sale. No second system for the tour desk.
Price a tour with a souvenir, or a beach chair with a towel and sunscreen, as one package. Packages lift the average sale and move slow stock, and every item still comes off inventory correctly.

Who the counter is for
Gift shops. Wineries, tastings and tours. Hammock and beach stores. Outfitters. Boutique tour operators. The coastal or mountain-town shop that lives on visitor season — a shop on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, or the store on the way to the trail. These businesses do not run a gate. US shops first, then Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, then Canada.
Outfitters, recreational equipment, and wineries each have their own page. This page is the market they share with the gift shop and the beach store.
The days the shop has
July fills the rack. October does not. The same counter runs both weeks. CIMARA Ask AI reads the sales history so the shop sees what moved in the rush and what is still sitting when the season turns.
The beach empties and the shop fills. CIMARA SCO (Self-Checkout/Kiosk) is the self-checkout lane for that gift-shop rush, attended or unattended. Pricing, promotions, loyalty rewards, and membership discounts apply at the lane. Scale and weight checks are built into CIMARA SCO.
The person on the register started this morning, and the lot is already filling. CIMARA Core is one counter for the hammock, the T-shirt, and the bottle. Seasonal staff are not learning a second system for the shop.
The tour and the tasting are booked together. The bottle, the case, and the gift shop merchandise ring on that same checkout.
Online booking for a tour or a rental can sit on the website you already have. The counter and the lane still ring the shop. Online booking through the embeddable Website Commerce component is in active deployment with early customers. Each deployment starts with a customer consultation to work out the requirements.
The bottle, the hammock, and the T-shirt are one sale. CIMARA Core keeps each line as retail and composes them into one customer, one tax calculation, and one payment.
CIMARA Ask AI is available on the Ask dashboard. It answers what sold and what to reorder, mark down, or promote. See CIMARA Ask AI pricing. The manager decides and acts in CIMARA Core. CIMARA Ask AI does not place the order or change the price by itself.
One checkout for the whole visit.
The counter. Gift-shop merchandise, sundries, food, rentals, and the tour or tasting reservation ring on one checkout.
The lane for the gift-shop rush. Attended or unattended self-checkout, with pricing, promotions, loyalty rewards, and membership discounts. Scale and weight checks are built into CIMARA SCO.

Definition
Destination retail is the shop a visitor reaches because they came for the place: gift shops, wineries, tastings and tours, hammock and beach stores, outfitters, and boutique tour operators. These businesses do not run a gate. CIMARA runs the sale wherever your visitors stop and runs the sale wherever that visitor stops, including the recreational rental.
Online booking via the embeddable Website Commerce component is in active deployment with early customers. Walk-up reservations continue to be made at the counter. Counter ticket sales are available today.
We serve tourism businesses in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
Yes. CIMARA Core sells a tasting with a bottle to take home, a beach afternoon with a hammock, or a tour with a souvenir from the rack at one package price.
