Why CIMARA
Most retail systems assume a building with a counter and a line that comes to you. Destination venues don't work that way. The sale happens where the experience starts, and that is often outside, on a cellular signal, with a guest who would rather be on the water. We built CIMARA to sell that day completely and quickly, without turning a great morning into a wait.

CIMARA is new, but the thinking behind it isn't. Decades of retail and business software experience went into it, and we spent those years at counters, in stockrooms and in back offices. What we learned there shaped a platform that's simple to use on a busy day and gives you clear answers the next morning.
You won't do this alone. C&K Systems, Inc. is our preferred installation partner. They install CIMARA, supply and support the hardware, and train your team, so you're ready when the gates open.

CIMARA Core includes CIMARA POS (counter and mobile, one solution), CIMARA Essentials, CIMARA Rentals, and reservations. CIMARA SCO and CIMARA Ask AI are add-ons. The Website Commerce component, an embeddable online booking component, is in active deployment with early customers.

The counter for gift-shop merchandise, sundries, food, and rentals on one checkout. CIMARA POS is included, on the desktop lane and on most Android and Windows devices.
CIMARA SCO (Self-Checkout/Kiosk)
The self-checkout lane for the gift shop and snack bar rush, attended or unattended. Available today with CIMARA.

CIMARA Ask AI works with CIMARA Core, and with NCR Counterpoint for shops still on it.

Frontier Retail, Inc. lives and works in coastal Carolina. We specialize in tourism-based businesses along the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic coast.
We diagnose remotely and ship replacement hardware, so a store is back up without waiting for a technician. Wireless setups mean little local work.
