We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing to track you. This notice covers frontierretailinc.com, license.frontierretailedge.io, and ask.frontierretailedge.io.
When you register or sign in, the license service sets an HttpOnly cookie named frontier_customer. It contains an opaque session token, uses SameSite=Strict, is secured over HTTPS, and expires after up to seven days. The server stores a hash of the token.
This cookie is necessary for account, checkout, billing, and subscription features. Because it is strictly necessary, the site does not present an opt-in advertising-cookie banner for it.
The pricing page saves your cart in your browser so it's there when you return. The main customer portal does not persist account or card information in localStorage or sessionStorage.
The secure hosted payment field and Google-hosted fonts connect to third-party services. Those providers may receive technical connection information and operate under their own policies. Card numbers entered in the field are not written to CIMARA site cookies or browser storage.
We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
