Information we collect
Account details such as name, work email, company, phone number, and a password hash.
Orders, selected products, license quantities, billing terms, provisioning notes, subscription status, and billing-event history.
Payment profile id or token, card brand, last four digits, and expiration. Frontier Retail, Inc. does not receive or store the primary account number (PAN) or CVV.
Security and operational information such as session identifiers, login attempts, IP address, user agent, and acceptance of current legal terms.
Information you place in sales, demo, support, or provisioning communications.

A third-party AI service answers your questions. It sees totals, not raw sales rows. Your data isn't used to train AI models. Our team reviews questions Ask AI couldn't answer so we can add answers.
How we use information
Create and secure customer accounts.
Process quote requests, payments, renewals, cancellations, and subscription changes.
Provision and support CIMARA licenses and connect an order to the appropriate company database.
Send transactional, billing, provisioning, renewal, cancellation, and support communications.
Prevent fraud, diagnose failures, maintain service security, and comply with legal obligations.
Payment processing
Card numbers are entered in a secure hosted card field (CardConnect, a Fiserv service). The payment processor tokenizes the card inside that field. Frontier Retail, Inc. stores only the token or payment-profile id, card brand, last four digits, and expiration. Frontier Retail, Inc. never receives or stores the PAN or CVV.

Service providers and disclosures
Information may be handled by providers supporting payment processing, DigitalOcean hosting, TLS certificates, transactional email, web fonts, and—when enabled—Zoho CRM. Staff and implementation personnel receive access only as needed for orders, provisioning, billing, and support.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies on this site, and we do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a properly documented business transfer.
Retention, choices, and requests
Account, order, subscription, billing, license, and acceptance records are retained for operational, contractual, security, tax, and legal purposes.
To request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@frontierretailinc.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, license administration, or legal compliance. Email-address changes and account deletion are currently handled through support rather than self-service.
Security and children
We use measures including HTTPS, password hashing, login rate limits, account lockouts, restricted session cookies, and tokenized payment fields. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
