Monthly and annual renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew each month based on the last successful billing date.
Annual subscriptions are prepaid and renew each year based on the last successful billing date.
Renewal continues until cancellation is requested through the customer account or support.
Online Commerce
The Website Commerce component is an embeddable online booking component in active deployment with early customers. It starts with a customer consultation to work out the requirements.
Quantity and term changes
Active subscriptions may increase quantity. When the applicable rate increases, the saved card may be charged for the rate difference at the time of the change.
Monthly subscriptions may decrease quantity without a retroactive refund. Annual decreases remain locked during the paid annual term and may switch to monthly after that term ends. Custom-priced subscriptions may require a new quote.
Failed payments
A declined renewal may place the subscription in past-due status and trigger another collection attempt. Update the card on file promptly. Continued nonpayment may suspend or revoke access, subject to applicable law and signed terms.
Cancellation
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through that date; no further renewal is attempted; and the associated license is revoked after the period ends.
